Terms of Use
These terms describe use of TCMB Döviz Kur, provided and licensed by CBN Tekonoloji Anonim Şirketi. Contact: info@cbntec.com.tr.
1. Free license
The application is free. You receive a non-exclusive right to use it within your own Bitrix24 workspace. Intellectual property rights remain with the developer; third-party rights remain with their respective owners. Bitrix24 subscription, internet and other third-party charges are separate.
2. Functionality and source
The app converts amounts using daily buying and selling reference rates published by the Central Bank of Türkiye (TCMB). It displays converted deal amounts and allows authorized administrators to update the CRM currency table. Background synchronization is available when the required server connection has been configured and an administrator has enabled it.
TCMB publishes daily data. Checking every minute does not provide minute-by-minute market prices or executable bank quotes. Check the bulletin date during interruptions and on non-publication days. This is an independent app, not an official TCMB or Bitrix24 product.
3. Permissions and responsibilities
Installation and currency updates require the appropriate Bitrix24 permissions and REST API/Market access. Currency synchronization changes the rates used for CRM currency calculations. Review the proposed changes, base currency and buying/selling choice before updating. The app does not directly change deal amounts.
You must be authorized to act for your portal, protect credentials, and not misuse the service or access another party's data without permission.
4. Service limitations
Results are reference calculations, not investment advice or a commitment to a transaction price. TCMB, Bitrix24, network and hosting interruptions may affect the service. Uninterrupted availability or suitability for every purpose is not guaranteed. Rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
5. Ending use and support
You may disable optional background synchronization in the app and uninstall it from Bitrix24. Request deletion of remaining settings and operation records at info@cbntec.com.tr. See the Privacy Policy for data processing details.
Updated terms will be dated on this page. Material changes will be announced through the app or its Market description. These terms do not remove mandatory statutory rights.
